Our Mission Statement

The institutions governing our world were built for a different century by people with different interests. ICYLIA is a movement, fundamentally represented by a 43-page charter proposing something different: a youth-led framework for global governance built on equal representation, planetary identity, and the belief that peace is not a prize but a practice. We are not waiting for permission to imagine a better world. We are building it.
